| TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE |
|
The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Y-International, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The buyer accepting delivery of goods described herein accepts and agrees to abide by TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained herein.
- All products are under manufacturers' warranty.
- We are not responsible for any incompatibility issues.
- We offer 14 days conditional store credit on selected items.
- Products may be returned within 30 days of Invoice date for Store Credit at 20% restocking fee.
- No Store Credit for items returned to us after 30 days of Invoice date.
- Items received by us after 30 days of Invoice date will be exchanged and returned to the customer.
- All software sales are final and no Store Credit for any opened software.
- Items returned for Store Credit must be in original resale-able condition with all original packing, manuals, software, and accessories.
- All warrantees are voided if returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way.
- Any wrong, missing, or damaged item should be reported to RMA department within 24 hours via E-mail or fax.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged.
- Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandize for exchange or store credit.
- Any item(s) returned for store credit or exchange that is determined to be physically damaged will be returned to the customer promptly freight collect.
- Customers must request an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise to Y-International, Inc. RMA number is deemed effective for only 10 days including the day of issue.
- We reserve the right to keep any defective merchandise between 1 to 15 days for repair or exchange.
- Product(s) discontinued by manufacturer(s) shall be upgrade to a similar product or Store Credit will be given at the current market value or the purchase price which ever is lower.
- The following items carry manufacturer's warranty: monitors, hard drives, printers, scanners, retail CPUs, retail video cards, retail sound cards, retail tape backups, retail rewritables, retail recordables, all software, Intel motherboards, and other retail products.
- 1-year limited warranty on motherboards (other than Intel), CD-ROMs, OEM CD rewritables, fax modems, OEM video cards, OEM sound cards, memories, keyboards, mice, power supply, cases, OEM SCSI adapters, network cards, and hubs.
- If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/AFO and outside the continental United States and also Alaska and Hawaii.
- Payment via Money Order and Cashier Check will only be processed after check clearance. We do not accept personal checks. Company checks are subject to approval. Order will be kept open for 7 business days.
- No Refund on difference due to price drop.
- We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by the credit card issuing bank.
- We are not responsible for any goods damaged during the time of transit.
- Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Y-International, Inc will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.
- All special advance replacement will have an additional 10% non-refundable surcharge added. Advance replacement will be considered a sale, if the defective goods are not received by us within 7 days of the issuing of the Advance Replacement RMA #.
- All price posted on the web are for mail orders only.
- The applicable state tax will be added to the purchase where necessary.
- All hard copy of Purchase Orders must be received and verified before shipping.
- Any attempt to cancel an order must be made within 2 hours after the order is placed. Cancellations attempted after this time may result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.
- Cancellations may be communicated by telephone, email or Fax. Saturdays. Sundays and holidays by Fax or Email only.
- Optional next business day service is available only if placed by 12:00 PM EST weekdays and subject to product availability and credit card verification.Ground shipping will be dispatched within 3 buisness days.

Pricing and Availability Disclaimer
Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability, and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
